School clinics
Beach tennis clinics for schools, run by coaches at West Beach, St Kilda.
What a clinic looks like
Coaches run the whole session, so teachers supervise rather than teach.
Students start hitting within the first few minutes, and the session is built so everyone plays.
The group is split across courts by what students can do, not by year level, so nobody spends the session queueing or out of their depth.
It finishes with games, and everybody plays in them.
When clinics run
Friday mornings in term are kept for school clinics. Other days on request.
What we provide
- Coaches for the whole session.
- Racquets for every student. Nothing needs to come from the school.
- Nets and courts, already set up when you arrive.
- A session built around your group size and how long you have on site.
What the school brings
- Supervising staff, as your own excursion policy requires.
- Water, sunscreen and hats. It is a beach, and there is no shade on the courts.
- Clothes students can move in.
Enquire about a clinic
Tell us your year level and group size, roughly when in the term you're thinking, and how long you have on site. We'll come back with what a session would look like and what it costs.
